Hello,
I just purchased a new Slim Phatty and really like it. However, it seems to be a whole semitone and a bit sharp. Any suggestions? I hit a C and it'll play a B that is a bit sharp. I'm not sure if this is Logic sending something to the Phatty or what, but it happens on every patch.
Thanks for the help.

In the master menu, go to Fine Tune, then select AUTO.
Now, don't play any notes for at least 15 seconds and then watch the magic begin...
Also, the slim needs a while to warm up. If you leave fine tune set to auto then whenever you're not playing it ( at least 15 secs pause ) it re-tunes itself.

If that does not clear up the problem completely (it usually does), go through the 4 calibration procedures as described in the manual.

Thanks! Autotune seems to have made it better - it lands on 60.00, while the manual says it should be 60.12. Is that a problem? Should I run the full calibration?

60.00 is correct. 60.12 is just an example in the manual for if you wish to set auto-tune to tune to a different pitch, e.g. you're playing with a band and everyone is a bit sharp always.
