Hello,
I have a device ‘Voyager RME’ . Unfortunately I faced a problem connected with a sound yesterday. The sound was lost without any reason.
I tried to solve the problem by myself but no result. At first I connected the device with headphones and other devices but no result.
I checked the device with different cables but it didn’t work.
After i tried to update OS 3.5 (and 3.6) but I couldn’t update it because of software.
Please provide some solutions for my problem. Also please find attached several photos where I tried to show you device update failures. After when I start updating it asked for a bank A and after that it provides bank D. Unfortunately bank D was failure every time.
I want to inform that my location is Yerevan (Armenia).
Thanks

Re: Voyager RME Sound Problem
Hi Arami,
the best solution is to bring it to your local dealer. Because there's also a problem with the hardware I guess it's not possible to fix that by yourself.
Anything is wrong with your MIDI connection, maybe the cable or the interface or the drivers.

Hi, Just want to inform you that I have been using the device for several month. So I think the problem is connected with the software (or maybe need to change internal battery) and it's not cabel's failure. Anyway we haven't any dealer office in Armenia. Please advice me what to do, because the case is urgent and I realy need proper solution.

Hi Arami,
do you have a friend with a Windows computer and a MIDI interface?
Then I can help you (sorry I have no experiences in MAC computers).

Re: Voyager RME Sound Problem
Hi,
I have found the problem and it's connected with filters section. So we have sound from mixer out jack but when I switch on main out or headphone jack the sound is lost. Please provide some advice or may be you can provide any contact number of a specialist finally to solve the problem.
