failing volume envelope

Post by apesma » Sat Dec 20, 2014 8:02 pm

after a failed power supply i recently had a new power supply and PCB installed. sadly within a few months i'm once again experiencing issues. the volume envelope is malfunctioning. the attack seems stuck at about halfway even though its giving the correct value on the LCD. I've contacted moog a couple of times but have yet to receive a reply. i'm wondering if it's possible to recalibrate the envelopes ? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Request an RMA number. You can always call them.
When was your Voyager made? It could be a bad IC.

I'm experiencing the same issue. When I hold a key, the attack slowly ramps up even when dialed for a fast attack, but when I jump to another key (while the envelope is still decaying), the attack rises normally. I am starting to see other posts about the same issue.
