Can the Voyager and VX-351 do Midi-to-CV?

It would be very helpfully and save some money if when I got the VX-351, I could use it and the Voyager as a midi-to-cv converter. I know the Voyager can be a Midi controller, I know with the VX-351 it can be a CV controller. I am hoping that I can use my iPad to sequence some things by running Midi in to the Voyager and maybe CV from the KB out of the VX-351.

I know the MP-201 can do it or other stuff as well.
