Voyager Select: Filter Envelope Problem

Hey there,

Recently it appears that the filter envelope section on my voyager is not working properly.
I notice that it seems like the only knob in effect is the filter amount knob.

The attack on the filter envelope seems to be constant no matter how I move the knob.
Same goes for the decay, sustain has very little effect on the filter.

Strangely, the attack registers on the screen, but doesn't seem to take effect in the sound.
The volume envelope works perfectly, just the filter envelope is acting up.
The filter section (cutoff, resonance, etc) works perfectly as well.

I'm not sure what could have happened, but I have a suspicion that something may have
been adjusted in the master panel (other people besides myself have used the keyboard.)
I tried resetting to factory settings, but i notice that patches I've created still exist even
after trying to reset via the master menu... I wonder if there's something I'm doing wrong
when trying to reset the voyager.

I'm hoping the issue can be resolved by a master reset, if I can get it to reset properly.

I hope someone on the board can enlighten me on possible solutions.
