VX-351 Capabilities

Post by ebg31 » Sun Jul 24, 2005 11:03 pm

Probably an old topic, but one I'd like to address, just the same.

For future reference, the VX-351 is meant to give the user some of the possibilities of a modular system. Could it be used to simulate the sound Keith Emerson used on ELP's version of Aaron Copeland's "Hoedown?" That is a f***ing killer sound! I doubt that could be accomplished with the Model D's frequency modulation system.

In concept yes.

It might take some time to learn about modular synthisis to get that sound.
