I ordered mine January 18, 2010. Was to have shipped in July, but nothing yet. I think it will be a while longer.

I am patiently waiting. Per Sweetwater, mine should be ready to ship next Friday....
Re: Post if you DON'T yet have your Taurus
In the sweetwater catalog they state that the T3 are limited to 1500 units. Moog originally was doing 1000 units. Guess they underestimated the demand.
Looks like they're making 100 units a month.

I pulled down the complete 'owners list' from Taurusbass.com, normalized the serial #'s and sorted a few different ways. There are 247 registered there and the highest serial # is 703, so they must be getting close to the magical 1000 number.MC wrote:...stuff deleted...

I'm not exactly sure why someone would NOT get online there and post but there is a good distribution of units per month as follows:
February: 45
March: 41
April: 61
May: 20
June: 46
July: 27
Of course, this is ONLY received & registered, and doen't account for those that didn't register or bought from a reseller (I bought mine from NovaMusik for instance). But with plenty of 500 range up through 600's into 703, they are clearly moving them and with a few people still 'waiting'... I'm not surprised that the run is going to continue.
Bad news for those that thought they were buying a very limited run collectors item... good news for Moog and the rest of us as the revenue will hopefully fund additional product development.
