Hi all.
first post.
I'm in the process of getting a minitaur and have some questions.
I'll be using it in a live situation paired with my akai mpk 49 controller mainly to do ambient pads.
my question is that i also wanted to pair the minitaur with an autura beatstep to program bass lines. if i connect the mpk via the midi input can i use the beatstep sequencer via the cv inputs at the back of the minitaur to stop me swapping midi cables halfway through a set?

Welcome to the forum
I think you can.
Just to be clear (you said "newbie" and you said "pads"): the Minitaur is monophonic, meaning you won't be able to play polyphonic pads just with this guy. Which does not mean you can't do ambient with it and a couple of reverbs, loopers etc.
