Opus 3 Help

Please help. I have an Opus 3 with an issue. The two middle B keys sustain very long on strings/organ/brass no matter what the sustain setting is. Just those two keys. Any clues to what could be going wrong? The black foam was taken out awhile back. No other issue with my Opus.
