Hi all!
I'd have wanted to have my first post here having a different topic ... however since more than 2 months I am waiting for an order I've placed on the moogmusic.com webpage. This is a very long time also because I was told that the shipment should have happened within 4 weeks. There is no reaction at all when using the contact form on the webpage. Calling Moog from Europe isn't that cheap and having somebody on the other side telling me I should wait 1-2 weeks longer is kind of frustrating.
Is somebody here in the forum experiencing similar problems? Is this normal for Moog? Something I am missing ...
