I was able to borrow an Alesis Andromeda for a few days.

No. I'll check it out. Unfortunately, the Andromeda was on loan and I have since had to give it back.

they change hands often , in the netherlands, and prices are about 2/3 of the average ameican prices , as far as i can see it.
