Go back to testing it where it did work. Make sure something on it works the way it's supposed to.

I just relocated the power on mine to the back of the panel... The connector that plugs into the pcb had a dab of hot glue to keep it connected. Do I need to re-hot glue that together? The Lowpass Filter cutoff on the smoothed S&H output is proportional to the LFO speed, so you can send CV to the LFO to control the smoothing Filter! This is actually pretty important, as far as I'm concerned. That means your smoothed Sample and Hold will always be smooth at every sampling rate...

You could try it and if it doesn't work you could always take it apart and change the pots out for 50k or 100k.
