Re: Grandmother ARP auto align to MIDI clock
Here's an excerpt from Sub37 manual. I think I need exact the same behavior on Grandmother (Phase Reset=OFF): PHASE RESET When set to ON, the sequencer timing (the downbeat) is reset the moment a new note is played. If PHASE RESET is OFF (default), then the timing of the sequencer is set by the arpe...

Re: Grandmother LFO rate knob
Exactly same on my GM. When I use LFO as a third oscillator it's just won't set pitch higher after penultimate mark on LFO rate.theshaggyfreak wrote: ↑Mon Jul 12, 2021 10:48 pm The rate seems to max out at the 9 mark on the knob. There is no further change between 9 and 10.

Re: Grandmother - Notes stay held after stopping a held sequence?
I have exactly same behavior in my GM. Hold will stay enabled even If i turn it off with stopping arp.
I belive it's a bug.

Grandmother ARP auto align to MIDI clock
Hi. Is there any way to set Grandmothers Arpeggiator to auto-align its notes timing to downbeats of external MIDI Clock? I use the synth extensively with my Roland MC-909 groovebox, which is a midi master sequencer and clock master for the whole live setup, and the problem is in ARP start time in GM...

Re: MF-105M + Ableton: MIDI connection issue
I noticed similar problem with my MF-105M and MF-104M and ProTools when trying to midi sync the pedals.
I rebooted the foogers and then they worked fine.
It seems it is somehow related to midi clock messages and their processing in the pedals.

Re: MF-105M SysEx implementation?
SInce the MF-105M pattern editor is quite unstable, I want to create a Ctrlr panel for pattern editing.
And now looking for SYSEX implementation of MF-105m too.

Re: Low end disappears when turning up the filter resonance
About low end: that's normal for 4-pole (24 db/oct) filter like Minitaur has. As for filter cv: it works like [filter CV in] + [cutoff knob cv]. There is no negative CV value here, Minitaur Filter CV IN accepts 0 to +5Vsignal via passive Expression Pedals or CVs. it seems that your Elektron's CV out...

I used Minitaur live on stage, but didn't use presets. Just changed the sound on-the-fly.
Was pretty stable with 2.1.1 firmware.

Re: Sub 37 clock sync to Ableton issues
There are some clock and midi offset related settings in the Ableton preferences which help in this case. https://www.ableton.com/answers/external-instruments-midi-timing-problems if you process external synths via ableton engine, it's better to use External Instrument plugin, set appropriate hardwa...

Re: Minitaur phasing problem?
Correct, but the problem appeared only after updating to firmware 2.1.7 I didn't notice it before (I bought this Minitaur in July, 2012). I have tried to compare this issue with firmware 2.1.1 and I have found the phasing exists in 2.1.1. I must say I have been forced to recalibrate the pitch, sinc...
