What about the loss of customized presets which took me a lot of time? Do we loose everything?

When installing the new fimware do I loose all my personalized and customized presets etc... on the little phatty?

Yelloh, Just got myself a LP, and I was wandering that it is normal when I power up the LP, it is heavily out of tune. Is this a usual problem or not? I checked the autotune parameter in the menu but everything seems normal. So now, every time when I start up my LP, I've to tweak it manually. I'm su...
