i tried to test my ernie ball volume pedal with the exp pedal section of my 104sd. i used an instrument cable split to 2 1/4" mono. i didn't get a full range of effect, though. more like 2-7.5 rather than 0-10. could be that i replaced the string in my eb volume and don't get the range i think ...

would you be able to achieve that with an exp pedal on the mix parameter, bringing the wet signal in/out gradually?

I can confirm the lack of Delay output on occasion with my two SDs. It only seems to happen for me when they have been left on for long periods of time (usually days.) Have not had the problem for a while though. not the case with mine. generally, it's only been on for 15-20 minutes each time. dang...

my pedal arrived at the local dealer today (#119/250). i briefly tested it at my office before annoying my coworkers with the kookiness from the expression pedal in the delay rate function.

anyhow, um, i don't have the slightest idea about measuring the delay rate. sorry.

i'm now told it'll be there monday.

i was able to find an unclaimed 104sd at a small local dealer (the dealer index is searchable from the product page, i believe) and, though i paid a ton of dough for it by my standards, i figured i'd rather regret that in a year that being unable to get one. ... fwiw, it's supposed to arrive tomorrow.

as i understand from my sole local moog dealer in durham (see below), the 104z is still at least a few weeks away from shipping. sorry to add only speculative/vague info.
